High Zero Foundation presents Diffusion Festival series focused on electronic and multi-channel sound works.

Part of our goal with the Diffusion Festival is to not only present new / contemporary electro acoustic and electronic work but to enjoy pieces from this medium’s relatively brief history of 70 years. We’ve chosen to do this by chance, convenience and friendship…and this year our relationships have found us in Germany. Because we have a limited budget, we have asked Special Guest to assemble a sort of “punk” (low budget) history pageant for us, though as we all know, thinking around monetary “limitations” can be a source of unique and intense pleasure…I think this evening should provide that, for the truly adventurous and thirsty ear, anyway.

On Saturday the 1st of December a Special Guest will present selected historical electronic works from Germany, some in 8 channel, some in quadraphonic and some in stereo.
