Jenny Gräf explores peripheral places and states through music, sound-based works and participatory performances.  In her music, she incorporates home-built instruments, field recordings and live processed vocals, weaving together compositions and freely-improvised sections. She uses the Tranoe, an analogue, touch sensitive synthesizer made by American inventor Peter Blasser, which she enters into dialogue with allowing it to “speak” through its sensitivity to the body. Jenny Gräf’s music is raw, immersive and unpredictable.
